Hot Tea: 1 slightly heaping tsp loose tea into single cup strainer or tea pot for each 7-9 oz/ 200-260 ml of water. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep for 3-7 minutes (the longer the stronger). The longer the steep, the more antioxidants too!
Iced Tea: (1 L/QT): 6 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea into teapot. Pour 1 1/4 cup boiling water on tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill your pitcher with cold water, then pour over the cold water your brewed tea. Add ice and top up with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste!
